Our Story
Vantum Ventures was built on over a decade of sustainability experience spanning corporate strategy in the private sector and hands-on work in the public sector- working directly with the investors, boards, and regulators that decide what "credible" actually means. That vantage point is our foundation.
Most sustainability work doesn't fail because the mission isn't real. It fails because the strategy can't survive scrutiny, or the story isn't sharp enough to earn trust. We started Vantum Ventures to close that gap — bringing boardroom discipline to organizations that care as much about impact as they do about being taken seriously for it. Whether it's a company building sustainability into its growth story or a nonprofit turning mission into a brand people trust, the standard doesn't change: sharpen the strategy, sharpen the story, back it up with substance.
Today, Vantum Ventures works across sectors — for-profit and nonprofit alike — bringing senior-level expertise to organizations at every stage of their journey.
Founder
Paisley has spent over a decade working in sustainability across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. From managing the global corporate strategy for Bacardi Limited, leading sustainability initiatives for The City of Miami Beach, to advising a range of 501(c)(3) organizations- this cross sector experience is the bedrock Vantum Ventures is built upon.
She serves on the Board of the Sustainability Fund for Sound Wealth Management Group at Janney Montgomery Scott, the Board of Advisors for Sustainability at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and the Executive Alumni Board of Miami Country Day School. She holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Miami and is GRI-trained in sustainability reporting.
